It was Scott Walker's reforms that made them able to leave.

The reforms are why they are allowed to keep their money and not have it stolen by the Union.

Fallout? For the union thug outfits maybe... for people who actually work, it’s great news!

Yes. The ones who would be “more equal,” are getting their sails trimmed.

Membership goes down when members have to pay the monthly bill themselves. They notice how much money had been wasted on unions.

Wisconsin’s three AFSCME councils are merging four years after the state rolled back public-sector union rights, prompting two out of three dues-paying members to drop out.

They weren't rights. They were privileges granted by a sovereign state. Those privileges were abused to the detriment of that sovereign state. So it properly rescinded them.

Public sector unions should not exist. And until they cease to exist, they must be made to understand that they have no more rights than a citizen.

This confirms the narrative that hard working people were having a portion of their paychecks stolen from them under the guise of "union dues" against their will. Thank you, Scott Walker, for liberating them.
