Actually, the Seymour Hersh version is more believable and relies on common sense, as apposed to that White House version that comes with a tin foil hat

They failed IMHO.
After the Maersk Alabama pirate shoot, I don’t think Obama has had much say with the Navy. There’s no interest in community organizing in Navy ranks. Even less with the enlisted.
Hersh is a left wing nutcracker moonbat.
He has had and still has no credibility.
