So the Jewish homeland was established by international agreement long before the 1947 partition vote. Much bigger than the Balfour declaration.

Israel has clear legal title to exist where it is, in addition to the Lord’s promise made to Abraham.

Pretty much seals the deal and makes Israel’s enemies in violation of international law.

Kind of, actually the Mandate was the defining document. The article isn’t clear, but San Remo established Jordan for the Hashemites, Arabians, on land carved from the Jewish Homeland. Of course these legalities mean nothing to Arabs, much of Europe, and the rest of the world. If they did, Jews living in Judea and Samaria would be a non issue.
