0bama IS a total fraud.

Otherwise, the betrayal of treason would actually matter to him. Let’s hope he knows that betrayal in his life every dam day.

Anything to weaken USA, it’s defenses, its economy, it’s morals, it’s morale, it’s jobs market, it’s churches and synagogues - biblical faith - or America’s allies. You can count on it for at least the next 21 months.

Do you know what Kirk-Menendez was/is? Do remember how Corker, Feinstein, Paul and Reid blocked it in 2014?

Then how Corker blocked it in 2015 at the committee level and substituted his own legislation, and Kirk had to bring his legislation thru the banking committee.

If McConnell had not been playing politics, he would have fallen in behind Corker then, and if not then, McConnell should have fallen in behind Corker when McCain, Graham, and King did.

The damage is already done. There are a lot of democrats on board, but they have some mistrust of McConnell and other GOPers and if they think McConnell and the GOP are playing politics with the final negotiated agreement, they will disappear like a covey of quail.

Are you presuming that nobody expected McConnell the RINO to “play politics” in whatever capacity? At least get his actions right.

Kirk-Menendez is not relevant to Obama’s actions. And the Corker bill panders to those actions besides. The Constitution is what is not being upheld.

"The Constitution is what is not being upheld"

That is your poorly informed opinion. The lawyers dis-agree.

If “the lawyers disagree”, then I know I’m on the right track.

PS. You’re actually asserting that the Constitution is being upheld with respect to all this?

I'm not asserting anything because I'm not qualified. Neither are you.

Instead, members of congress have access to highly qualified lawyers, and have chosen a path to take based on that.

Because of this, you have to fall back on some bizarre conspiracy theory about how "they" are destroying Amurica

Argumentum ad verecundiam. That’s a logical fallacy. By all means, keep it up.

BTW, by extension, you’re calling Mark Levin a liar on this subject.

The MSM (fith column) says it’s a great deal, and the Vichy Republicans (Run by McConnell) can’t wait to rubber stamp it.

Mark Levin, Frank Gaffney, and you are entitled to your opinions.

If you believe strongly in your opinion, the 3 of you should file suit. Levin and Gaffney have a ton of money that they made thru the years by telling people like you what you want to hear. They could pay to hire a lawyer.

Mark Levin is a lawyer. A Constitutional lawyer. Better start listening to him instead of Soros.

“Can there3 be any worse treason than to help your nation’s worst enemy obtain nuclear weapons?”

Yes. When you get paid off to do so. Iran must have paid a boatload of bribes to Obama and Kerry somewhere along the line to betray their country. Are they stuck in yet another “foundation,” waiting for POS Obama and POS Kerry to cash in when they think no one is watching?

On the part of the RINOs as well.

How is it that Mitch McConnell and 50 GOP senators went along with this bagatelle?

What on earth did Obama tell them, to induce them to sign on to Iran's getting the Bomb?

All this vote does, is shield Obama's breach of faith with the People, in favor of the mullahs, from the People's notice and justiifiable ire.

"Not asserting anything?" You just did, that FReepers are know-nothing idiots.

You still haven't answered the ad verecundiam accusation, which btw was, I'm sure, invoked by Vidkun Quisling and Pierre Laval at their treason trials.

Oops. Bad example. Sorry. </s>

A month or so back, an Iranian official requested sanctuary in Switzerland, and claimed that the [Z]ero admin was playing for the Iranian side. That story just disappeared down the memory hole.

Not if you've posted it to Free Republic.

But you'd better check with Ben Ficklin. He's in charge of What Really Happened, You Ignorant Sluts.

"What Really Happened"

All these things happened, they were covered extensively by the media.

Use "Kirk-Menendez" in a search and you can find all that from 2013 and early 2014.

The Israeli lobby has been involved in this all along. Back then AIPAC supported but J Street opposed. Eventually, AIPAC dropped support because the debate had become to abrasive.

And most recently, with the Corker bill up for passage, Four Israeli lobby groups were supporting, publicly on record, Corker's bill and opposed to any an all amendments to the legislation including Cotton's. That included AIPAC, Zionist Organization of America, Orthodox Union, and the Jewish Republican Coalition. I'm confident if you researched it, all the lobby groups supported Corker.

The issue is about the fact that the freepers such as yourself read only the headlines and don't much of what is going on.

I'll even get you started.

Here's an article from Jan 2014 about Kirk-Menendez aka Weapon Free Iran Act of 2013 with 58 cosponsors being introduced 12/19/13. Follow it from there.
