President Hillary, Bishop Emmanuel Badejo Isn't Going to Play Dead For You

In the summer of 1994, President Bill Clinton had the unfortunate experience of trying to manipulate Pope John-Paul, who had worked as a dynamiter in a Nazi stone quarry.

Pope tells President, "you can't kill babies". President smiles blandly—for a minute, presidential aide comes up behind him to distract him with some "important presidential business", President gets a grimace of anger after one minute, his ears start turning red.

President Hillary, you'd better hope that Bishop Emmanuel Badejo doesn't become Pope after Francis.

He deals with Boko Haram—you know, the people you won't help him with unless Nigeria accepts abortion and homosexuality?

Madame President, this Pope is going to gobble you down, chew you up and spit you out.

When Mikhail Gorbachev visited Pope John-Paul in the Vatican, he had to go to the bathroom afterwards real quick.

You'd better have on your Presidential depends.

Karol Voytyla wrote this poem

Quarry-Krakow

During the Nazi invasion when Karol had to work in a quarry in subzero conditions (and walk a 30 minute commute at the crack of dawn), he witnessed the death of a fellow worker from a dynamite explosion.  He later wrote this poem:

They laid him down, his back on a sheet of gravel
The wife came, worn out with worry; his son returned from school…
The stones on the move again: a wagon bruising the flowers.
Again the electric current cuts deep into the walls.
But the man has taken with him the world’s inner structure,
Where the greater the anger, the higher the explosion of love.
