CNN reports that attorneys for the six Baltimore police officers charged by Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby in the death of Freddie Gray have filed a lengthy motion in Baltimore City District Court to have Mosby removed from the case–either by her recusal or by court order.
The motion–which I have not yet seen, but hope to soon–purportedly sets out at least five conflicts of interest as the basis for recusal, including:

This is just the first in a blizzard of motions to come.
Motions such as to suppress evidence;
To compel discovery;
To dismiss;
To change venue, and volumes more.
Its just the beginning.

That’s what Andrew McCarthy said on FNC tonight. The defense lawyers are building a case against Mosby in the event of the need for an appeal. FWIW, she seems like she’s not dry behind the ears and she has that huge Black Chip (not unlike a Buffalo Chip) on her shoulder. The really unfortunate part of all of this is the truth is getting trampled in this inane process. The BCPD may be good for some or all of this, but with “Black Justice” running the show, we may never really know. I am left wondering just how fine men like Col. West and Dr. Carson manage to escape the mold.

That should read; “she has that huge Black Chip next to the Buffalo Chip between her shoulders.”

The ruling elite had a moron make unsupportable charges so that the defense could file tons of motions.
Then, they will say (via the media) that all the motions being filed just proves that the defense will try ‘anything’ to get the bad policemen off the hook.
Once the charges are dropped or changed or whatever, the media will say much the same.
The point is that they will never be satisfied (especially with justice being done) because the more that blacks and whites are ‘concerned’ only with each other, the less that we notice how we are being raped by our ruling elite.
The bottom line is that they want to ensure dissatisfaction with localized police and replace them with a federal police force. Once they have that in place, the Socialist Caliphate came come out in the open and announce their takeover of the Western Hemisphere.
Coincidentally, THAT happens every time the President, the Department of Justice, and Big Media get involved.

I highly suspect that odumbo has a say in what is transpiring in Baltimore. Attny. Lynch to the rescue sure didn’t take long and my guess is she will be right their beside Ms Mosby as this farse works it way to some bogus ending on behalf of the City of Baltimore.
Now that there is an investigation of the entire Baltimore police department, I would NOT be surprised to see a “federal” police force move into that dump to replace the entire BCPD. I see that happening rather soon I might add.
I read an opinion piece by another attorney that thought change of venue was a slam dunk. If they don’t get it and there are convictions, it’s a big isssue on appeal.
