Once they cross the border illegally, they are criminals. They are not undocumented aliens. They are criminal aliens. Period.

I think Obama comes out with statements like that to show contempt for American citizenship, to show that he can say anything and get away with it, to taunt Republicans and dare them to try to stop him. Of course, they could - easily. But he knows they are totally disarmed by a lack of manhood, among other things.
I am in dismay that there are no checks and balances in our government to prevent illegal immigration in this way. I always thought this was something that could never happen, at least so brazenly.There are reasons that this is happening.
Why is this happening without more oversight of Congress. I always assumed there was more congressional power. But, the Congressional Democrats are in cahoots, too! And, it's all about politics and adding to the Democrat roll call. Shame on them. They are not even aware that their own children and grandchildren will suffer from this in the end. Obama’s, too.
First, and perhaps foremost, is that nationalism is an anathema to the open-borders/new-world-order/globalist types that have become entrenched in our government. This has been aided along with the ridiculous notion that the mere accidental place of a birth entitles a child to citizenship; this is not the case as even the 14th Amendment (which is used to justify that stance) has a qualifier: and subject to the jurisdiction thereof
. — To prove that the place of birth does not automatically qualify for this, let me ask one question: Is an invader subject to the jurisdiction (laws) of the realm which he is invading?
Second, the condition of Citizenship itself is also confused. There are many people who claim that if one is a citizen by virtue of their birth then they are a Natural Born Citizen and cannot have been naturalized, but this is not the case for there are naturalization laws which operate upon the circumstances of birth. As an example, An act to establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization (1790) said: And the children of such person so naturalized, dwelling within the United States, being under the age of twenty one years at the time of such naturalization, shall also be considered as citizens of the United States. And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens: Provided, that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States[…] — So the naturalization of a new citizen, in the very first naturalization law, also naturalized their children (even those already born) and past the age of majority and provided for the circumstance of citizens birthing who were traveling abroad.
Third, the rapid importation of peoples from countries where government corruption is expected, and the reason they are imported is to change the national tradition of our legal system from everything which is not forbidden is allowed

Fourth, and this ties everything together, the goal of all of this is the creation of a sort of American Caste System where those in power are the top level and thus largely exempt from that which is put on lower levels. — We are seeing this forming now, where the Christian baker or florist is a completely different category than the homosexuals which are using the law to punish them for not bending to their will by the aid and consent of government agencies. This is the precedent which will be used to grow the legal foundation for our new caste system.

There are 156 million people in Bangladesh, a country about the size of Wisconsin. If given a chance, at least 154 million of them would like to come to America and be given the same opportunities we hand out to the illegals from south of the border.
