According to MSNBC pundit Michelle Bernard -- best known at NewsBusters perhaps because of her insistence that there is a "war on black boys" in America -- savaged newly-announced GOP presidential aspirant Dr. Ben Carson tonight by alleging his success is all owed to "affirmative action." She also suggested that he's a disgrace to his enslaved ancestors and to the black community in Baltimore, where he's lived throughout his career as an acclaimed neurosurgeon. Bernard made her remarks in the midst of a segment with Matthews, Huffington Post's Howard Fineman, and National Journal's Ron Fournier devoted to trashing Carson, Carly Fiorina, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee as extremists.
Can you even imagine the outrage on the left if a Republican had said that about Obozo?.........................

If Carson hadn’t been a WORLD FAMOUS SURGEON making medical history, instead, if he had been a racialist shill for the ultra-ultra wealthy (who, coincidentally, Black people know is hurting them, but “we will always support one of ‘our people’ “), then he would have been acceptable. But because he excels—in other words, because he’s a REAL BLACK MAN like Hermann Cain—he has to be shot down.
Is Affirmative Action.....
1. A person who went to medical school, is a renowned physician.
2. A person who built an food service empire.
3. A Chicago Community Organizer who was elected President because he was black.

A respected neurosurgeon is a disgrace to blacks because he isn’t a liberal? I suppose if he had become a drug dealer and fathered 26 children by 17 women and not supported any of them, he would be considered a respected member of the community.
