Jeb Bush's $100M May: Inside the most ambitious presidential super PAC yet.
Politico ^ | May 8, 2015 | Alex Isenstadt

Jeb Bush is putting in motion an ambitious plan to develop a super PAC that would be unprecedented in its size and scope — a blueprint growing in scale and intensity as he nears the formal launch of his presidential campaign. The group, called Right to Rise, is said to be on track for raising an historic $100 million by the end of May, and its budget is expected to dwarf that of Bush’s official campaign many times over. In interviews, more than half a dozen sources familiar with the Right to Rise plans described a juggernaut that was rapidly taking shape — from its likely headquarters in Los Angeles, 2,700 miles from the Miami office where Bush was basing his campaign, to a new fundraising push aimed at expanding its ballooning coffers.

Yeah Jeb Bush. The GOPe might as well just admit defeat in the 2016 election now and let the Dhimmicrats be permanently in charge. It will save time and money

Does anyone else feel like this is a done deal, Bush vs. Clinton and the rest of the population be damned?

So spending all this money and one of the major themes (Dem or RINO) will be about soaking the rich? This makes me think of not so much about George Orwell as it does about something Lewis Carroll would possibly write about (concerning the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party among other things).
Please advise and forgive me if am being off base here.

Jeb can raise all the money he wants. It won’t help him in the end. He knows he’s probably gonna lose in Iowa, so he’s gonna bank his campaign in New Hampshire. If he loses there he’ll be crippled going into South Carolina. If he comes out the chute 0-3 I think he will have a hard time convincing people he can win. Nevada and Super Tuesday follow and he certainly has the money and organization to compete, but my hope is after South Carolina his campaign is permanently damaged. One can hope.

This is that the "1/10 of 1%" do with their money? They invest big in a presidential candidate who will complete their domination and ownership of all things political, economic, and ability to determine the future.

I don't think I'm on anyone's side anymore, certainly not theirs.

Poor name. Should be RINO to Rise or Milquetoast to Rise.

If Hillary and Jeb are each worth a $2B or more investment from their supporters, that is all the proof we need that those Bush and Clinton are not on the side of the American people. FedGov is already giving far too much of our money to those with connections, and these insiders are paying for continued access to the trough. We need someone with no big donors - like Ted Cruz.

I’ll be happy to vote for Jeb Bush just as soon as he gets an endorsement from Terri Schindler Schiavo, broadcast on live television.

Is America so devoid of qualified, talented and freedom loving people that we HAVE to elect retreads?? If so, we really ARE DOOMED!!

This is one of those times when a candidate’s strength could become his weakness. As long as Cruz and Walker have enough money to put up a credible challenge and be heard, any money raised by Jeb BUsh after a certain point looks like he’s just trying to buy the election. It didn’t work for Michael Huffington, nor for Linda McMahon (twice). It did work for George W. because of a weak field and Clinton fatigue. We won’t fall the same trick twice, which is part of the reason why the field is so large.
