Point well taken. The general comments seem to be that the Tories tend to be Labour in slow motion in numerous instances (as a result, I certainly would have liked to have seen more UKIP success last night, along with many others here).

This is not the same Conservative Party as under Thatcher, by a long shot.

To make an analogy, the GOP won the Senate. How’s that playing out for the Constitution and conservative principles?

As regards Cameron, a loss for Labour is in no way a victory for conservative principles any more than a GOP Senate lead by McConnell is.

Just [maybe] a little less of a disaster. Heads they win, tails you lose. BFD
