I have family who live in a London suburb near Epping Forest.
I regularly correspond via email with my cousin, a retired basso profundo who performed with Covent Garden Opera House, and his wife. We often discuss the politics of each of our respective countries.
They are both ardent Tories, anti-socialists, anti-communists and free enterprisers. They will vote to get OUT of the European Union if the Tories prevail and a referendum is scheduled.
They are as conservative as we are here on FR.
As an aside, the level of dislike, contempt and disgust with Obama and his thugocracy among the British Tories is on a par with ours, maybe even stronger.
