Here is the Kabuki theater: Obama sends Iranian deal which in reality is a treaty to Congress. Both houses of Congress based on GOP members and Pro-Israel Democrats vote down the deal. Obama vetoes the "disapproval" of the deal. The 150 House Democrats will vote not to override the veto therefore the Iranian deal is basically law and Obama can lift sanctions and the like.

Why are conservatives so easily duped?

If the Senate does not approve of the “Deal” (Treaty being the legal term most likely), then it is game over for said “Deal/Treaty”.

Absurd warping of Constitutional law by this administration is nothing new, but I can’t see them getting away with it in the long run. However, if they can twist Constitutional law in this manner with no repercussions, then it is time to liquidate the Federal Government and start from scratch, IMO.

How does this work? Obama sends a treaty to the senate. The senate fails to ratify it then Obama vetoes what the senate DID NOT do and the treaty becomes law? The senate should just go home. Obama has already taken dictatorial control. Remember, all dictators have people in legislative positions that approve everything the dictator wants.

This “deal” by Obama is not happening in a political vacuum. The “deal” is essentially a fig leaf to cover the Obama decision to change long standing American policy and allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons. Obama has accepted the thesis that Iran wants the weapons for defensive purposes and despite mullah’s apocalyptic rhetoric, that they are not a threat to the United States or Israel. In any case he will not commit the United states to military action against Iran.
This “policy” is politically palatable to American voters who are very war weary and disillusioned by fruitless and costly US interventions in the region. Also due to demographic changes , a woeful ignorance of history in general and the Holocaust in particular has lessened American support for Israel. At best Obama can accurately be described as anti Zionist and a poll in Democratic Congressional districts would demonstrate more sympathy for Palestine than Israel if not overt Antisemitism. Obama may very well have the support of a near majority of voters.

Traitors and saboteurs and whores selling out our country to the most vicious enemy since at least. WW2 Fortunately perhaps, washDC is on teheran’s top targets list so maybe the islamonazi nukes may at least deliver us a little poetic justice ?

It’s obvious... politicians are behaving as if it were a “Twilight Zone” episode.
