King Zero wants a race war shortly before his term is up, so he can declare Martial Law and cancel the 2016 election. Overcharging the police will result in acquittals or lesser convictions, which GUARANTEES more rioting far worse than the initial one at a time of King Zero's choosing.

The Mayor and State Attorney get their marching orders DIRECTLY from the White Hut. This is one of the reasons why King Zero DEMANDED that Congress vote on Loretta Lynch then approved her just DAYS prior to the riots.

In most states-and in the South/Southwest in particular, outside of large anthill cities, people have been racially/ethnically mixed and living together for a century or two-or three. They are responsible, provide for themselves, are armed and intolerant of crime, or any of that divisive nonsense found in cities-it is why they live out here.

If ever there was confirmation of how affirmative action can produce disasterous results, Mosby is it. She had to be tutored to pass the Law Scool Admissions Test, and it would be interesting to know what her Bar Exam score was and how many times she had to take it. She ran for office unopposed and fabricated a lot of her backgraound during the campaign. She has no experience in proscuting murder cases, and had only tried 36 criminal cases before taking office.

She is so used to cashing in on her race that she didn’t find it necessary to charge these officers with valid charges and thinks she can get away with false claims of illegal arrests. She also didn’t bother to check that there is an audio record of the medical assistance that was repeatedly requested during Gray’s transport, hence the false charges she made of no medical assistance rendered.

She came into office with a race agenda and rid the department of its seasoned, experienced prosecutors and retained her political allies. I don’t hold out much hope that the Baltimore community that elected her will hold her accountable, but I hope the officers sue her with a vengeance. The only good thing her incompetence did was open her up to personal liability because she made the charges directly rather than using a grand jury.

I recall observing a criminal trial in Beijing in 1980, where, before the judges rendered their decision, they opened the doors of the courtroom and welcomed in “the masses.” A group of 50 or so demonstrators demanded a conviction and long sentence, which the judges then duly imposed. “This is real democracy"

Alan M. Dershowitz is a defense attorney. Most folks know that, but his mind is geared to inappropriate activity as it relates to defense.

At the end of the day, I want to know the facts in this case too. I don’t necessarily have a problem with these officers going through the process.

There are questions that need to be answered.

Of course this is provided the officers are given a fair hearing that is not weighted heavily in favor of giving the rioters what they demanded, if it’s not warranted.
