You knew this was coming. It was inevitable. We have seen it before. When the Obama Administration blamed the Benghazi jihad attack on a video about Muhammad, there were calls in the mainstream media for restrictions on the freedom of speech.

It is almost as though the blaming of the video for Benghazi was a prelude for cracking down on free speech here when his invading terrorists begin to attack.
Will the American people draw the line at the 1st Amendment, or will they go back to their bread and circuses?
I’m guessing the latter, hoping I’m wrong.
But they’ve already abandoned “Free Exercise”, so “Free Speech” is no big deal. In the end the 1st Amendment will have been effectively neutered.
Eric Posner should relocate to a country more to his liking, like Russia or Saudi Arabia.
You may not remember, but Posner’s FIRST country was the Soviet Union. He first came to the U.S. as a diplomatically-protected member of the KGB, with Pravda press credentials.
Maybe they’re on to something. Let’s start by limiting free speech with McClatchy. No? Didn’t think so libs.

You can bet if it were violent Christians going around killing atheist leftists who had smeared Jesus, the leftists would be up in arms demanding strict measures taken against the violent Christians and their, leftists, right to free speech (as they see it) not restricted in the least. Incredible hypocrites.
If shorts or a short skirt is provocative, should there be limits? Constitutional rights include protection from being seduced into committing acts considered crimes. Is there a constitutional right to incite innocents into criminal acts?
