Reading what you linked to, and all the parsing of words involved in order to try to avoid a ‘strict’ legal definition of perjury - while clearly lying, is disgusting.
People who do evil or commit crimes never consider what they do as wrong or inappropriate

But you also have to understand that it all depends on the meanings of "we", "knowingly" and "inappropriate."
