I think that is exactly what this is about. I suspect she will have nothing tangibly negative to say about any of the “serious” republican contenders and she is part of a concerted effort by the party.

Seriously, Bill does it to be funny because he is, Joe does it.... because well he is Joe, and may have take a frying pan to the head or something as a kid, I can't think of another reason of why he is the way he is and yes I still think he will run.
