The House Armed Services Committee approved an amendment, offered by Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), on Wednesday to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2016 that affirms Pres. Obama's unconstitutional 2012 DACA amnesty. The amendment was narrowly approved 33-to-30 by the Committee, mostly along party lines, but with enough GOP support to pass. The amendment expressed that it's the sense of Congress to encourage the Secretary of Defense to waive military enlistment requirements for illegal aliens who receive Pres. Obama's DACA amnesty. DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) grants amnesty and work permits to illegal aliens who would have qualified for the DREAM Act had Congress passed it. Title 10 of existing federal law already provides the Secretary of Defense with discretion to allow ineligible aliens to enlist in the military if it is vital to the national interest. So yesterday's vote did nothing more than affirm Pres. Obama's unconstitutional DACA amnesty.

Americans need your help today to remove troubling language from the 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). House Republicans in the Rules Committee and GOP Leadership have the ability to remove this language. Please contact them on Facebook and Twitter today.

Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) put this vote into perspective yesterday:

Early this morning, the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) passed the FY 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) after open borders and amnesty proponents added Congressman Ruben Gallego's (D-AZ) amendment, on a 33-30 vote, that encourages the Secretary of Defense to declare that DACA illegal aliens are "vital" to America's national interest and thus eligible to enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces even though they are not American citizens.

In previous years, HASC defeated similar efforts to help illegal aliens compete for and take military service opportunities from American citizens. However, six wayward Republicans spurned the HASC Chairman and 30 of their GOP colleagues by voting to put illegal aliens first and American citizens second. Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) strongly opposed this amendment.

Below is a list of House Republicans who can stop this from moving forward. Please click on their names for a pre-written tweet and send your own message using twitter handles and Facebook page links.

If this is the state of our government, it’s past time to do something about it. Illegals in our military? The Communist takeover is just about complete. However, I personally, don’t have much hope any longer. A citizenry who would let things get this far most likely deserves what it gets. It’s a shame for the few that still love what was once the greatest nation on earth and for Christians especially. Most people will be able to equivocate their patriotism. True Christians won’t have that luxury.

If allowed to enlist, how in the hell are these goobers going to qualify for a basic security clearance?
