I must say I’m surprised, shocked even, that a negro DA working for a negro mayor in a heavily negro city would so quickly find that a negro thug who got himself arrested and killed, was a victim of lynching. Oops, sorry, homicide.

As others have pointed out, if you or I placed a person, shackled, in the back of a van, did not put a seatbelt on them, and then showed up someplace a half hour later to find the person with a broken neck, not breathing, how long do you think it would take to charge us with murder?

A week? A day? An hour?

I wonder if any negro cops will be indicted? Or just white ones?

I suppose that depends on the racial makeup of the officers involved in the arrest.

You’re entitled to your Conscience. Whether or not you’re really Conservative, I cannot say; it’s not apparent however.

The seatbealt requirement was only instituted just 9 days prior. It is possible the cops in question did not even know a belt was required.

BTW there were other people arrested in the van why did they survive and Freddie Gray didn't?

I think conservatives need a new conscience. Yours is woefully lacking.

Having retired from a State law enforcement agency, the powers that be will take out as many innocent police officers as they can, just to get to one.
