State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said Friday she has probable cause to file criminal charges in the much publicized death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray who died while in police custody.

Six officers, including a lieutenant and a sergeant, have been suspended after the incident. Gray suffered a spinal injury and died after riding in a police transport van that made several stops.

On Thursday, Baltimore’s police officials said they turned over their initial report to prosecutors — a day earlier than expected.

'I think you forgot that Gray ran away from the cops.. FOR ONE MILE'

Was he superman? He fled and was caught in under a minute.

“The clear signal here is: Rioting and looting works if you are going to unlawfully arrest someone, make sure they don’t end up dead in the back of the police van.”

The convict was not unlawfully arrested. He was carrying a knife BANNED BY BALTIMORE CITY CODE. Maryland does NOT have a state-level knife law preemption law.

And the lawyer just now referred to “Freddie’s” legacy.

Was he referring to Freddie’s rap sheet?

She is not unattractive, but she has an arrogant, pushy black look to her.

“Now, it is in the media that he had just got out of back surgery from a car wreck that he settled!! In fact he is said to have had several back surgeries! “

Been debunked a few times already.

He looked physically injured long before he was even loaded into the paddy wagon. He verbally sounded like he was in severe pain. From my perspective, appears he had some type of pre-existing medical condition when the bike cops arrived.

No, it was not legal. It was not a switchblade, but it was spring-assisted, which Baltimore’s law bans.

Sounds about right. I remember watching a hispanic man coming out of a broken store window with bundles of disposable diapers under his arms. It seemed that blacks were rioting over the Rodney King verdict, but that for a lot of the hispanics, particularly Central Americans, it was just "Free Day at the Store." I remember seeing a young Mexican-American man being asked why there was no looting in East L.A.. He said, "Why would we loot our parents' store?"

And curiously, there were a large number of dry cleaners that were burned down, many of them far from any other riot-related activity.

'It was not a switchblade, but it was spring-assisted,'

That is a 'switchblade' defined by Baltimore; and if true would be 'illegal' there.

Anything with a automatic or spring assist is deemed a 'switchblade'.

I'll say it since despise PC speech codes. She looks like an uppity aggressive thugette, a trait of 99.999% of black 'RATs, male or female. They're so easily provoked because of the perpetual seething outrage caused by the weight of that shoulder chip.
