NEW CHIEF: Justice Patience Roggensack has been elected by her peers as the new chief justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, ending Justice Shirley Abrahamson’s 19-year hold on the chief’s position. Roggensack said she will begin repairing damage that has been done to the reputation of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.”
