Yes. Strange about the rocks. Baltimore is, for the most part, a clean city. There are no piles of rocks lying around for serindipitous hurling at authority. Rocks were provided as ammunition for professional terrorists. How many of them have direct ties to the Obama revolution?
I bet a lot of them.
It does not take a lot of professionals to direct crowds.
I watched it in the riots at the University of Wisconsin after Kent State.
A few procurators, some organization, and a lot of young people out for adventure. Give the mix that a lot of the bored young are already criminally inclined, you get Ferguson or Baltimore.
