I’ve had my several times with “tatoo&pierced-Johnny”. When Johnny asks me, with an expected insolent attitude, “What are you staring at?” I simply reply to Johnny whether he obtained his ^body art^ for the purpose of being noticed as “an individual” in the public arena.

Right. They’re living on the razor’s edge of modernity and I don’t even think she got nicked. Belichick isn’t looking at her, but the people around her. There’s an arm coming around her waist and it was probably moving which caught his eye.
The only reason this is news is to embarrass Belichick, restart her career or both.
