Sadly, the brady bunch will probably find a way to slide leaving the parents holding the bag. Too bad the court costs wouldn't bankrupt the brady's.

This is good news.

I'll hold off on the 'sky is falling' mourning until I see what Brady's crowd really does.

I don't do prophecy well.

I understand their grief and I think it’s unscrupulous lawyers that hound them to sue for this or that ...

Nothing sad about it. We all have horrid events in our lives. These people tried to make money on theirs at the expense (rights/financial) of others.

I hope they are stuck holding the bag to serve as an example to others.

“In late March, Senior District Judge Richard Matsch threw out the suit and held that Lucky Gunner and the others “are entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs.””

Good news. This will help keep all the frivolous lawsuits down. And stop the anti-2nd amendment groups strategy of forcing legal gun businesses out of business by using non-stop frivolous lawsuits to bankrupt legal businesses.

We could unclog the US courts real quick if we instituted a “Loser pays” policy.

Interesting. I had to google “looser pays” to see if I spelled it right the first time. I didn’t.

The attorney fee award is a big hairy deal legally. I expect the Brady Center to appeal it as far as they can.
