Congratulations to Jake Tapper! The host of CNN's The Lead has today been named as the new host of the Sunday morning news show, State of the Union. Whatever his personal political proclivities might be, Tapper has proven himself to be a generally honest reporter. It is hard to imagine him acting in such a blatantly political manner as previous State of the Union host, Candy Crowley, did when she acted as an Obama enabler when she moderated a 2012 presidential debate.

Watch out if she serves you a yellow cake.
What happened to Candy.Cant they find a chair big enough for her?
Candy lost her credibility and never recovered. She became the poster girl for hitting below the belt.
That obnoxious injection of herself into the Romney-Obama debate, turning it into a 3-way, was a major professional error.
A gang-up on Romney was an unforced error by her, and besides, she was dead WRONG in her remark, to boot.
Yeah, she was out of line in 2008, but CNN kept her leading the show until recently so she wasn’t fired for that.
I think the show just has bad ratings.
CNN -— “Preserving the ignorance of the Democrat electorate, while licking the crap from the Clinton/Obama boots each time they step in it.”
Hmmm, CNN now has two relatively honest hosts, Erin Burnett and Jake Tapper. Smart move by CNN to give the lying Candy C the boot.
