Jeb Bush Dances with Liberals on Climate Change, Immigration, and Loretta Lynch

“ I hope you saw the record. It’s a conservative record. It’s not a ‘Republican In Name Only’ record. Governor Jeb Bush says to a skeptical New Hampshire Republican ”

Hmmm.

Meanwhile, Newsmax reports otherwise:

At the New England Council's ‘Politics and Eggs’ breakfast earlier Friday, Bush broke with many of his fellow presidential hopefuls by declaring that ‘the climate is changing’ and calling for a pathway to legal status for illegal immigrants.

The liberal New Republic headlined the story this way: Jeb Bush Came So Close to Acknowledging Climate Change. Opening with:

At an event in New Hampshire on Friday, presidential hopeful Jeb Bush did something exceedingly rare for a Republican to do these days: openly acknowledge carbon pollution.

The climate is changing, and I’m concerned about that," Bush said. With those words, he may be distancing himself from his fellow GOP presidential hopefuls, who sound like loons on the problem.

And, of course, there’s that support for Common Core. Oh, and don’t forget immigration amnesty. And raising taxes. Back there in June of 2012, while testifying before the House Budget Committee, Jeb Bush said, “If you could bring to me a majority of people to say that we’re going to have $10 of spending cuts for $1 of revenue enhancement — put me in, Coach.” In the case of the latter, that is exactly the position that ruined his father’s presidency. Did I mention he also supports the confirmation of Loretta Lynch as attorney general?

But Jeb Bush a RINO? Bite your tongue! Where would you ever get that idea?

No Jeb.

His stupidity asymptotically approaches Dirkbama.

Jeb...for when you absolutely, positively have to lose.

This is why I don't understand those who say, if Jeb is the nominee, we should hold our noses and vote for him anyway, Sorry, but in my view a liberal is a liberal no matter what party he/she belongs to. How can Jeb be a improvement over any socialist Democrat?

After seeing the disgusting picture of Boehner kissing Pelosi in the Rose Garden, Jeb simply “dancing” with the Dems seems almost benign.

Obama has neutered the Republicans, Apparently, he knows things about them that they don’t want revealed.

I’ll stay home if he’s the nominee. I’ll still vote down ticket, but won’t vote for him. He’s as bad as any dem. I’m a lost cause anyway, absentee ballot out of WA state.

Jebster is a Democrat in an R jersey.
I don’t vote for Democrats, regardless of the jersey they are wearing.

If the GOP succeeds in nominating another Democrat in an R jersey as their designated loser, they will lose.

What people need to understand is they do not care if they lose. They just want to prevent us from electing a President who would stop the invasion/cheap labor importation they like to confuse with immigration.

The Bushes are like the Bourbons - they've learned nothing and forgotten nothing. Bring back Richard Darman all is forgiven.

Jeffrey Lord quotes the line from G.H.W. Bush’s inaugural address: “They didn’t send us here to bicker.”

George Will, shortly after, wrote (I’m quoting from memory) that “when the Bush Administration began to unravel, which occurred about ten minutes into his inaugural address, when he said, ‘[The American people] didn’t send us here to bicker.’”

The Bushes have no beliefs. Therefore they cannot comprehend or believe that OTHER people have beliefs. That’s what makes a RINO a RINO. It’s all about “getting things done.” They really, truly, actually DO NOT KNOW that the Democrats hate America and want to see all of us (Christian Americans) in ovens and mass graves.

It’s the “Episcopalian dream.” Romney is an “Episcopalian” in that sense.

Romney ran against Obama by running around the country telling the people that Obama “is a nice guy,” “a good Christian,” “a wonderful family man.”

The theory of the Romney campaign was: “When the people see how much I love Barack Obama, they will be impressed with what a nice guy I am, and vote for me.”
