European leaders including David Cameron are due to arrive in Brussels early this afternoon to discuss new measures to tackle the migrant crisis.
The death toll so far this year among Mediterranean migrants has already passed 1,700 - 30 times higher than at the same point last year, which was itself a record high.
But what can be done? Colin Freeman outlines five practical steps the leaders could agree upon:

Sink the boats before they load and leave port. Why wait until they get loaded, capsize, and sink? Further, publicly return everyone, dead or alive.
One could suggest they (the EU) run a personalized ferry service (20,000 people a day) from Libya to Italy, and cut the middle-men out of the $500 per person “service” that they currently provide (just a seat on a rubber raft).

Send the islamics your ruling elite already let infiltrate — back home. New ones then will stop coming.
Put a bounty on the head of any and all traffickers ... dead or alive. Pictures with reward amounts... Then let nature take care of the problem.

The EU leadership has no interest in preventing them from coming over...none whatsoever....Leaders aren’t on the same page with the citizens....it’s all about distributing them and protecting them from drowning. Plus insisting all nations “pay” their “fair share” to accomplish their feat of bringing them over.

They aren’t interested in stopping them from coming at all. It’s about ‘placement of Muslim communities’ within the EU culture...NOT to assimilate but to integrate......their goal is to have ‘separate communites’ where their cultures can thrive ‘along side’ the communities they plant them in.
It is less costly to bring third world peoples into established nations, educate them, treat their illnesses, show them how to live with convienances they have not had, then it is to go into those countries and build it all.
Why do you think almost all of them are in their teens and early twenties...and male? The Global Leaders ‘believe’ they can educate and train these young men so that after the Globalists have set up the companys for mining their resources etc. they can then return and do the work.
The problem they have yet to see, and won’t til it’s too late. That far more of these folks will be accustomed to the free ride and that’s as far as they go.
And be certain they will be shipped over here as well. Already we’re bringing in Syrians, and flying young men from S. America here....with the same goal in mind in our country.
They are all perfectly happy to see Muslim communities, and various other nationalities , in large enough numbers, to settle along side our communities...and there isn’t a thing we can do about this.......that game is in full play now.
What a pathetic confirmation of the hell holes of Africa, when the black skins conclude life is better living among the white skins of Europe.
If they just didn’t drag along their dysfunctional culture and create enclaves of “back home”
First they kick them out of their countries as ‘colonialists’ (fair enough, I’d do the same) but then they can’t wait to go to the bad men’s countries themselves. Go figure. (Not really)
I wonder how many of those EU leaders are regretting getting rid of Gaddaffi.
Clearly the message from the citizens has not gotten through to the leadership. The National Front and equivalent parties need to continue to rise and push out these so called leaders. The EU leadership is creating the crisis by making European benefits so attractive to the illegal aliens that they risk death to get on the government dole.
The message has been clearly given to the leadership time and time again. They respond with “understanding”...but the program will continue and as we see is doing just that....
This is happening here in the US as well...any Western country ....the entire World Leadership is perfectly happy with this re-distribution of peoples...it ‘IS’ their pan.
