CAMP PENDLETON WILDFIRE
Marines and a fire crew respond to wildfires ablaze on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA, May 15, 2014. The Tomahawk fire, in the northeast section of Camp Pendleton, has burned more than 6,000 acres, forcing evacuations of housing areas on base and various schools on and off base. Snow on the ground this morning - the cold weather is getting on my nerves - no porch sitting today.
Sounds like you have done a wonderful job making life comfy for your mom, God Bless you dear friend.

My son was there at the time, going through the School of Infantry, and he sent me a picture of the fire near the back door of his barracks.
He been cleared for limited duty; he can’t lift heavy stuff or torque bolts yet, but he’s working. And he received another commendation and bronze wrench award.

Snow is gone but not the cold - it is truly miserable outside.
