Used to change the oil on my ‘73 Mustang by driving out into the woods a bit and dump the oil right on the ground.

Never felt too bad about it, specially since they charge you to recycle oil.

It will recycle all right.

I used to change my parent's autos and my lawnmower and motorcycles and pour the oil in the backyard. My town in 1990 decided you can't pour oil in the ground and oil recycling fees skyrocket...
