Morning!

I hate insomnia too. Woke up around 3:30 and slept only fitfully until 5:30. Haven’t had a full night of uninterrupted sleep for quite awhile. I’m starting to suspect sleep apnea.

Yep I wake up at 3 am and can’t get back to sleep on work days..
