He’s talking about a pipeline from Seattle to Lake Mead.

It would make a lot more sense to run it just from the Columbia River to the northern end of the aqueduct that supplies southern California.

Yea, why go all the way to Seattle when the Columbia River is 200 miles closer. Is his plan to pipe water over the Columbia River?
