As with alcohol, there is no place for even casual use in the workplace. it's not only a efficiency issue, it's a huge stinking pile of liability and any employer should be able to instantly can an employee for being under the influence at work.

That being said, getting stoned or drunk on your own time shouldn't be anyone elses business but your own.

And for the record, I did drugs one time. I smoked some pot in college with my roommate. That was over 20 years ago. It was a bad experience I don't have any desire to repeat it, nor do I have any desire to demand other people be prohibited from using it if they decide to do so on their own personal time.
