I agree. I also suspect that the boy was never taught about state sovereignty and consequently had no clue that other states might not be like Colorado where marijuana is concerned.

I find it amusing the doper mom sent her kid to a state run school.

She, like normal parents, learned that any opposing view points will not be tolerated.

Well, now he’s learned about the concept of school teachers as informants of the state, the dangers of discussing his opinions openly, and jack booted thugs.

Who the hell takes a general discussion about something, and initiates a criminal investigation based on someone saying opposing the states current position? Can’t wait till they talk about guns one day at school. What happens when your kid mentions you let them shoot a 22 last weekend?
