One new amendment will do it all:

“No law, regulation or policy applied to corporate entities will include application to the terms “person” or “individual,” but those terms shall be applied solely to unincorporated natural human beings. Clear distinction shall be made in all laws between unincorporated natural human beings, and incorporated human beings. Lack of said clarity renders any law, regulation or policy void. No corporate privilege shall be referred to as a “right” in any government publication, but shall be addressed by the full term “corporate privilege.”

I would add “No law shall be passed by congress that does not apply to them, and no law shall be passed by congress that applies to them that does not apply to all citizens. Congress shall not pass any law from which they are exempt.”
