Is Saldana registered as an agent of a foreign government?

ICE Director Sarah Saldana told a House subcommittee that a directive she receives from Barack Obama trumps on-the-books laws duly passed by the US Congress.

This is grounds for immediate disbarment under the US system of law called "clean hands" (a legal term meaning US justice is not metered out to anyone who has committed an offense against the law).

Her bgrnd needs rigorous scrutiny---her immediate past was as US Atty for Texas. That means she answers to the Bar of Texas.

She may also have applied to practice before other jurisdictions....perhaps the USSC.
