Josh ‘Earnest’ explained (a couple of weeks ago) the phenomenon of the lack of protection for Christians in the RFRA. He said ‘that law was crafted to protect MINORITY religions’ (paraphrased). What was left unsaid was the fact that Christianity is a MAJORITY religion so does not deserve/need the protection of the Feds. Simple enough ‘logic’ from the Dems in power.
Talk show host Mark Levin calls him Josh NOT Earnest :)
Yeah, Earnest really doesn’t get that whole 14th Amendment Equal Protections Under the Law thing, does he?
Here’s the deal, it’s ok (probably, in todays politicized legal climate one cant say for sure) to order an offensive cake, have the order refused and then file a discrimination complaint.
But those actions need to be taken within the constraints of the law. So if the law says you can’t record the call where the order is made and refused, you can’t do that.
I do wonder, tho, how a law designed to protect people from having their conversations recorded applies to a business. Businesses not being people (need the Dem’s definition anyways) right?
