No. Taking money out of the productive economy and putting it into the wasteful, destructive government will nut fund growth and prosperity.
There are two issues. First, the spending agenda needs to be corrected. Second, everyone...from private citizens in Topeka, Kansas to some barbershop in Charleston, to some corporation in New York City....needs to pay a ‘fair’ share.
Once we determine that fair share...then we tell the gov’t guys that’s all you have...so you rank and file the priorities and spend only what you have. No bank loans to cover extra invented ‘gifts’ to voters or special people.
Personally, I think some amount around ten-percent from just about every private guy and every business operation is more than enough to cover the basic needs of the nation. If folks think they need to spend more....well, they will just have to wait till next year when the next collection of the hat is completed, and take it out of that collection.
Our priorities are screwed up...once you know the fair amount, then you spend or allocate based on that alone.
HEY EVERYONE. IT’S NY SLIMES BLAME REPUBLICAN WEDNESDAY.
Let the Emmanuel Goldstein day begin.
