US police ‘occupational force’ in black communities

We have already tried that one - remember "Brown v. Board of Education, Topeka, KS" "separate but equal education," can't exist, can it?

Besides, blacks will claim that we can't trust only whites to patrol white communities, there MUST be blacks on those forces, only blacks are permitted to segregate - remember "Black Miss America?"

Ain't no such thing as "White Miss America," is there?

That is the NJ solution; despite being one of the densest states, with a black population proportionate to the country as a whole, we rarely have problems with cops shooting blacks. When they do occur, it is because the savages have wandered off the reservations to raid along the frontier; in terms of their own neighborhoods, they can’t afford cops, so they don’t get them.
