At this point and time, running for President is the best way for Hillary to avoid any legal action against her. Her (and the liberal) defense will be that it's all being orchestrated by the GOP to keep her from running for office. The cowering republicans will take a hands off attitude to avoid the allegation.

It would destroy Hillary and set up Mooch for 2020.
He is shrewd enough and would be willing to wait four years to get back in the White Hut
