Talk radio host and author of “The Liberty Amendments,” Mark Levin declared that “the complete evisceration of American citizenship” is underway on Thursday.

“There’s something else that’s going on that I want to bring to your attention…and that is the complete evisceration of American citizenship, more than illegal immigration. It’s the complete evisceration of American citizenship to destroy the identity of America” Levin stated.

Levin continued, “it’s being done by left-wing states, it’s being done by left-wing municipalities, it’s being done by this left-wing federal government. And this is a war on you, the American citizen.”

Including, and especially, "Natural Born Citizenship", the ultimate Constitutional standard, pure American, which Mark Levin is also in favor of eviscerating. (Go obama! Go Ted! Go Rubio!)

Levin makes the easy good points, but his argument is incomplete and his favor of an anything goes "NBC" definition makes him and his position rather convoluted and not unlike a typical global warming fan talking about the weather.

Oh well...he's entertaining sometimes, but that's about it. I like listening to him, but he's just another mouth with a microphone.

Mark also brings to our attention that the United States is in jeopardy of losing her sovereignty.

That’s my problem with Levin. While he’s exactly correct about the destructive effects of everything the White Hut does he doesn’t advocate any kind of fix. Bitchin’is OK but it uses oxygen. What I try to get Levin to do, since he’s knowledgeable about things constitutional, is to write up a Bill of Particulars——those things Odumbo has done that are clearly impeachable. There has to be two dozen or more.

That list then needs to be nailed to the front door of the Capitol building. I’m 3,000 miles away but I’ll do it myself if someone closer can’t get it done.

If Congress doeasn’t respond within, oh, say 60 days, then I say the rest of us should exercise our right under the 10th amendment, powers reserved to the people, to hold a provisional court on the steps of SCOTUS, Try and convict the miserable specimen, then have a house cleaning at the White Hut. A going-to-jail sale and a steam cleaning should get the Hut ready for an honest occupant.

So what is it, Levin? Shooting off your mouth or helping the rest of us?

Did you see the story the other day that the government is re-opening the Cheyenne Mountain military command center? The official reason for that is fear of a possible EMP attack. If such were to happen, there would quickly be a breakdown of normal civil authority, and martial law would be imposed.

CWII would be very hard to execute as an organized militia action, what with massive government surveillance going on. If it ever happens, it is likely to be an opportunistic result of some other disaster, such as an EMP attack.

An EMP attack would also be an excuse for the Left to finally erase any notion of American sovereignty. In order to recover, we would have to rely on a massive influx of foreign aide, and the left would use this as a pretext for declaring national sovereignty to be an "outdated" concept, and for the Constitution to be superceded by some sort of international constitution. Prior to that, we would be living under martial law, and the Constitution would effectively be nullified.

In my view, an EMP attack would move the constraints - on both Left and Right - that are currently preventing the outbreak of CWII.

I have a clear memory - right after Bush II was first elected - of reading a lengthy article in The Seattle Times on the topic of national sovereignty. I was shocked that the article OPENLY declared the idea of national sovereignty to be outmoded, an archaic idea which almost no one in "polite society" took seriously anymore.

That was 15 years ago, and the forces opposing national sovereignty have only grown stronger. One could say that they now hold the major positions of power in government, the courts, the media, and even major corporations. (Hardly a day passes anymore when we do not see examples of corporate hostility to traditional American values and to the rights of the American worker. We conservatives were suckered into defending corporations for far too long. Most of them are NOT our friends.)
