Over the past decade, Sgt. Shane Ortega has served three combat tours: Two in Iraq, one in Afghanistan. Two as a Marine and one in the Army. Two as a woman and one as a man.
Ortega is a helicopter crew chief in the Army’s 25th Infantry Division in Hawaii. He was born female and would like to serve the rest of his career as a man. That would require a significant change in Pentagon rules, which require that transgender troops be discharged from military service, usually on medical grounds.
Last summer, medical tests showed Ortega had elevated testosterone levels due to the hormones he was taking to support his transition to being a man. As a result, he was barred from flight duties. He still faces the risk of being separated from the Army, but the intervention of an outside legal advocacy group has held that off, at least temporarily. He remains a woman in the eyes of the military, a status with emotional and practical costs. . .

It has always been the dream of the commie liberals in this country to destroy the U.S. military. Those ***holes are loving this.
And it’s all couched in language of civil rights, equal rights, etc.
Nobody ever stops to say, that the military has a certain mission. And that perhaps, not everyone is suited to military service. The military is not like civilian life. The military should not be treated like it is governed the same way as civilian life is.
But you will never hear anyone in the media say what I just touched on here. No one will say that a person getting hormone shots and sex change operations does not belong in a combat zone. No one will say that such person may be mentally unbalanced or unfit to serve. No one will question whether such person can fit in to the military structure.
In short, the liberals and the media have silenced us on this, as on other issues. The liberals have decreed that this is a matter of equal rights/civil rights for trans-whatever peoples. Any who bring up matters such as I did will be silenced. Anyone within the military who brings this up will probably be given a dishonorable discharge in today’s climate.
Could get us all killed.

Our real men have enough stuff to worry about outside of making sure a boy named Sue is able to function because she could not get her shots.

None, okay, some kid with ADD medication or someone on steroids for the sake of getting ripped isn’t allowed in the military, but it’s okay for someone with mutilated genitalia and a need for steroids to keep “feeling” a given way is okay? A complete contradiction.
Put in mind that if I were on medications like steroids where I need a dose every now and then, I wouldn’t be allowed to serve. Special privileges if you ask me. Somedays I struggle with the notion of just letting all our foreign military be the #%^&#% and let them all deal with each other.
The mentally ill should not have guns - including and especially in the military.
The military is permitting queers and their ravishing supporters to persecute and dominate Christians. Stay out. Ministers are warning congregations about it now.
