This is a Federal death penalty case - not a Massachusetts case. If it were Mass. case the death penalty would not be on the table. The local news said that he will be sent out of the state to one of two federal prisons depending on
being sentenced to death or live in prison without chance of parole.

I pray that the jury chooses death penalty for soooo many
reasons. That piece of excrement personally placed the bomb
behind the family of the 8yr old dead child. Unfortunately,
either way the Terrorist will stay in jail for years on our dime. We’ll have to pay for the appeal process. What a waste of money and oxygen.

Definitely. It is a little off priority. He might get “solitary” for his protection though.

Let him be in prison and let all the inmates know he blew a child to bits, he’d be gone quicker.
