More money for Obama’s Illegals
how much of my net access is really for net access as it is....compared to several layers of taxes??
1. Many of us have Internet Access at home using some broadband service provider.
2. Many of us ALSO have Internet Access on a Smart Phone / Tablet device with a data plan
3. Some of us have figured already which one of the two above we're going to live without once the Gub'mint starts taxing Internet Access.
Let's face it, anyone who's REASONABLY intelligent doesn't like taxes to begin with, much less double taxation for the same thing across two different device/delivery methods.
I know what I'm going to do: I'm going to drop my SmartPhone data plan. I've only had it since last November and the amount of data I consume is miniscule. For $25/mo. less I'd still have unlimited calls and text messages - the primary use of my phone.
I'm also going to LOWER MY TIER OF INTERNET ACCESS at home. Comcast will either give me the same price as AT&T for Internet Access (currently $19.95/mo. guaranteed for 2 years) or I'll switch to AT&T and lower my bill.
Now I'm not a rocket scientist, and probably not the smartest guy on FR so if I can figure out this quickly which Internet Service I'm going to cut in order to minimize the amount of money I pay for that access, and the TAXES on that access, I'd bet good money every single person who reads this message does the same thing.
For once, the law of Unintended Consequences may actually be a good thing for us, a bad thing for the cable/internet service provider, smart phone/wireless industry and the dumb asses who run the Gub'mint.
