This is a donation request letter from a D.C. organization that is not affiliated with slow-Joe, but is trying to drum up support for him to declare. I'm sure FReepers can make some minor "corrections" to the sticker, which should make for a fun thread, so have at it!:

We live in a wonderful, diverse country where at the extreme ends of the distribution reside people stupid enough to think that people are just waiting for Joe to throw his propeller beanie in the ring. Most of them need minders, but they vote.
