There is currently no such thing as gender reassignment surgery......only self (via orders to your butcher) mutilation
However, there may come a time....
I wonder how many people who have gender reassignment surgery find out after the fact that their happiness was only fleeting. That it didn’t solve all of their problems.
It must take an unusual person to obsess about their sexuality. I equate it to Michael Jackson and his nose. No matter how much he paid the surgeons modify his nose, he was never happy with it and eventually the only thing left after years of plastic surgeries was a prosthesis.
