Verizon, et al. will not be able to dictate channel offerings & bundles very much longer. Good, verizon, cable, satellite should all offer ala carte offerings, the prices would reflect demand.

Too late for cable and satellite, I think. Many younger people have no interest in them at any price. You'll get ala carte all right, but it will be streaming from the internet.

Not entirely with that idea, since it gets rid of the economies of scale. If it’s done like the airlines (which is very likely), the service will get worse.
