Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) said that the White House has taken the position that Congress shouldnt be weighing in on an Iran deal on Wednesdays Morning Joe on MSNBC.

By her statement, she is tacitly saying that the Iran deal is NOT a treaty and is thus illegal.
“Weighing in?”
Congress does more than just “weigh in” on treaties. It should be making the decision on it.
Obama’s afraid Congress is going to kill the deal and that he won’t receive his fee for assisting Iran on getting their nuke.
Oh no, they’re playing a “The debate is over” card. The democrats sure are trying to make their little man America’s Emperor, aren’t they?

Saying Congress shouldn’t weigh in on this is like saying that the people have no say in the way their country is run. That exactly describes a dictatorship.
I am sure the Regime will call the Iran deal a "memo", something over which Congress has no authoritay. Sticks and stones may break our bones, but semantics will doom us.
It’s long past due for Congress to weigh in on Impeachment.
