Taking Paul at his word he wants to repeal the laws against these crimes.

You’re full of it. Show me some proof that he wants to repeal those laws.

I don’t like Paul but I don’t like people making up stuff, either.

I think this is what is causing the stir:

“I see an America where criminal justice is applied equally and any law that disproportionately incarcerates people of color is repealed.”

Since disproportionately more Blacks are incarcerated for murder, he seems to have made his first gaffe in his announcement speech.
