Poll: Yes to more aggressive deportations, no to welfare, citizenship for kids of illegals
Washington Examiner ^ | 04/06/2015 | BY PAUL BEDARD

Despite President Obama's efforts to cool the nation's views on illegal immigrants storming over the U.S.-Mexico border, Americans have reached a new level of anger over the issue, with most demanding a more aggressive deportation policy — and reversal of a law that grants citizenship to kids of illegals born in the U.S.

A new Rasmussen Reports survey released Monday also finds Americans questioning spending tax dollars on government aid provided to illegal immigrants. A huge 83 percent said that anybody should be required to prove that they are "legally allowed" to be in the country before receiving local, state or federal government services.

Overall, the poll is bad news for the White House because it shows sustained, and in some cases, elevated anger and frustration over the surge in undocumented immigrants in the United States.

For example, 62 percent told the pollster that the U.S. is "not aggressive enough" in deporting those illegally in the United States. Just 15 percent believed the administration's current policy was "about right" and 16 percent said it was "too aggressive."

That 62 percent number is a jump from a year ago when it was 52 percent.

When asked if the baby of an illegal born in the United States should automatically become a U.S. citizen, as is now the law, 54 percent said no versus 38 percent who said yes.

Of course! Meanwhile the Republicans are afraid to take this position.

I don’t appreciate a bunch of freeloading criminals, jumping the border and electing &&&holes like Obama to be the idiot running the country where I live. They need to keep that commie dictator BS south of the border.

Every politician that has allowed this to happen to our country, should lose their citizenship and forced out of our country immediately.

The DC criminal class couldn’t give a damn what the voters think.

The GOP isn’t afraid to take that position, they’ve been paid huge sums of money by the Cheap Labor Express to not have that position.

See CA Prop 187 circa ‘94 CA. They burned the ballots and declared the election illegal.

Throw the freeloaders out. It’s not just us crazy right-wingers who want this. Hello Washington, can you hear us out here?

-Americans have reached a new level of anger...-

Diseases, rapes, gang violence, taking jobs while Americans go without work, preferential treatment, etc. - Gee, I can’t imagine why...

Won’t happen.

Dems want to brown out America to have a permanent group of voters. Look for more ‘Latino Studies’ programs and anything to create Hispanic dependence on Rat handouts.

Republican establishment (the Chamber of Commerce) want cheap labor. The first generation actually works. They are here to replace blacks as the manual labor force. That’s why the black jobless rates are so high.

As one business owner told me, “One Mexican can do the work of four n*****s, and don’t complain about it either.”

Second generation Hispanics are on welfare and in prison in equal rates to the blacks.

Basically, the country is going down the tubes fast. We’ll be a third world nation inside of fifty years.

To my knowledge there is no such statute. This is the result of a very bad SCOTUS decision: US v. Wong Kim Ark. I wrote an article about that here.

Too bad none of the GOP presidential candidates reflect this view.

What do they expect? Everyone hates a cheater. It seems to be ingrained in our DNA. Illegals are cheaters. They broke our laws entering the country, they broke our laws fabricating identities, and documentation to get jobs, and government assistance. There should be no surprise at these numbers. The surprise is, the idiot Republicans can’t harness this anger to record a victory.

Yes they can hear us. They just don’t care. You’re not Tim Cook of Apple. Or Bill Gates of Microsoft. Or Warren Buffet, George Soros, Mark Zuckerberg. You get the picture. We the voters have no say. The ballot box, polls, emails, faxes and phone calls to the “representatives” mean nothing.

One big Uniparty owned by corporations. And we are their slaves.

They are not afraid, they just don’t care. They only care about the folks who provide their money. The GOP is a corporatist party not a Conservative party.

Lots of folks confuse the two due to the fact that sometimes their goals overlap.
