The first ad released by the Ted Cruz campaign, titled "Blessing," boldly proclaims the Senator's Christian faith, Truth Revolt reported Sunday. The ad, released over the Easter weekend, also sparked a great deal of anti-Christian hatred and bigotry.
"Cruz keep religion out of politics you nut," one person commented. "I can't tell if you're running for preacher or president."
"What I love about this the most is that this illiterate christian freak thinks it can win in a general election," another person said, refusing to refer to Cruz as a human being. "Troll me all you want, illiterate christian (sic) morons!"
"That's all we need - a gay hating christ-o-freak in the White House," a third person added. "Keep your myths to your self, and keep your crazy beliefs out of my government Cruz (sic)," wrote another critic.
The ad begins with a scene of Cruz and his family in prayer. Cruz is heard speaking over the scene.
"Were it not for the transformative love of Jesus Christ, I would have been raised by a single mom without my father in the household," Cruz says. "God's blessing has been on America from the very beginning of this nation. Over and over again when we faced impossible odds, the American people rose to the challenge. This is our fight, and that is why I'm running for President of the United States," he adds over images of a military family, people in prayer, and children reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
"Republican Jesus didnt exist, and neither do Teds chances," snarled the far-left wing PoliticsUSA. "Lets hear him out though. I mean, the guys a Republican. Whats he gonna do but lie?"

He's going to drive them crazy!
They had no idea it was Easter. They were crying over their NCAA Brackets with Kentucky winning because Obama told them to pick them.
Democrat delegates loudly booed God and Israel at the 2012 DNC Convention.
They are a known quantity and it is decidedly anti-theist.
Good fun!
Anti-Christian bigots need to be called out, and eliciting outrageous reactions to normal religious discourse is helpful in doing so.
Go Cruz!
Atheists and satanists on the left see him as a threat and will use ANY tactic to destroy his campaign and him as well. This is nothing yet, fasten your seatbelts Sen Cruz, but whatever you do, press on!!
Anti-Christian hate incited by anti-Christian propagandists.
Expect more.
There sure is a lot of HATE being directed at America by the leftwing maggots these days. Give them a “smart” phone to tweet with and they become nothing but 100% evil.
I love it! There is nothing so sweet as the sound of liberal / democrats / hard-core leftists / heads, popping & exploding with the sounds of their hatred & viciousness & intolerance! Go Ted Cruz!
You want Christianity and its "myths" out of government? Fine. Then get your secularist lies and "myths" out as well.
Liberals hate him. All the more reason for me to like him.
If he’s firing up anti-Christian hate, then he’s right on target.
Don't like him? Don't vote for him.
As far as HATE. I too HATE various groups and individuals. It is my right. Laws against hate are Brave New World/ 1984 Thought Crimes. So EFF you, marxists...and your Thought Crimes.
You know liberals will react negatively to any expression of Christianity. The key here is to see how Republicans react.
Your post is beautiful. Thanks.
Well, actually he did. He is the creater of the right wing. He preached self accountability, individualism, and repentance from supporting politically correct activities and lifestyles. He had no use for the government at all, and no use for the fake church leaders who wanted nothing but government power themselves.
So, yeah. Christ was about as right wing as he could get.
To this day, most democrats still don't realize it was Lincoln that started the republican party, so I very much doubt the left has any idea what Jesus believed and stood for.
We have o get Ted elected in the primaries. The only hope for this 1/2 depraved country.
Greater is He who is in us thsn he that is in the world.
