The city clerk who claimed to be the city manager of Upland Park, IIRC, lost his job. The real city manager did not take kindly to having his position dissed. He is also mentioned in this video by John Cardillo, which very accurately describes what is happening in Ferguson, is spreading to Indiana, and is coming to new areas soon.
